"The hotel was completely Full and I got the last room. The access to the room was dirt and untidy. The room was a bit unclean and too old. But the manager was pretty kind and did all she could to do to solve the problem and guarantee our satisfaction."

"This property is in a quiet village and the local views are stunning. My only criticism is the lack of electronic device charging ports. Many pubs are switching at least the bedside power receptacles to the ones with built in usb ports. Other than this small inconvenience it was perfect "

"Fabulous standard. Newly refurbished to high spec. Very friendly staff. Lovely and quiet.
I felt perfectly safe, helped by my room being on the upper floor and there being a 24/7 reception. Worth noting the rooms are “motel” style - ie doors to the exterior walkways which for single vulnerable travellers should just be aware of. That said … I intend to make this my go to place for Milton Keynes. Excellent value for money. "

"We had to be in Oxfordshire for the funeral of a very special friend and came across the Red Lion in our search for accommodation for a couple of days.
Our experience was excellent - the room was fine and very comfortable and the kitchen provided excellent menus. But the main comment is how brilliant your staff were - they made our visit so much more agreeable than it might have been."
