The host was very welcoming and accessible. It was an extremely cold week and we needed to use the to use the wood burning stove to heat the living area. When we arrived there was very little firewood and the host delivered a small amount. We needed to purchase our own wood because the promised wood was not delivered. Overall stay was enjoyable and the house was very well equipped .

This property was a great fit for our group of 13 (6 adults, 7 kids) and we had a wonderful 4-night stay.Pros: eating most meals outside on the large deck; portable AC units in every room that worked well; walking distance to huge resort pool, playground, and basketball court; large upstairs bedrooms; fully stocked kitchen with metal storage rack to keep everything organized.Cons: one downstairs bedroom was very damp and we had to empty the humidifier multiple times per day; house could've overall been cleaner (it's almost all carpet but our feet were still black at the end of each day...I admit to having high standards though); many large, black ants found crawling around upstairs and downstairs.

Laurel Highlands Get-Away

My wife and I joined two couples for a trip to see the Frank Lloyd Wright houses in the area. We loved the condo. It was attractive, comfortable and convenient for our activities. Each couple had a comfortable room and private bath. Our host communicated well and responded quickly to a question. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

The well-appointed and spacious home was perfect for our annual Father's Day getaway. It was the nicest home we've stayed at in Hidden Valley. The proximity to the pool and playground made it especially nice for the kids and was an easy walk from the townhouse. We appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and that the kitchen had every utensil we needed plus every spice! So many times a rental home will have subpar pots and pans; this home had good quality kitchenware which made cooking a breeze. The townhouse had plenty of room inside and a nicely furnished deck with a fire pit, grill, and griddle outside. It was nice sitting out there reading and hearing the pond fountain. Comfy beds, lots of towels, and so many games to play when we needed to be indoors. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great vacation

The house was lovely! our family of 6 really enjoyed the comfy beds, large open spaces and all of the house amenities including the fire pit! The resort tennis courts and basketball courts gave us alot to do onsite as well as all of the local hiking and boating. Highly recommended!!

One of the best location at Laurel Highlands - near to everythng!! And the community was beautiful n jus beautiful. The house had everything u need - not very big but jus ok for we 6 adults n 6 kids group. Will recommend!!

Terrible communication and unwilling to work with us

We had a last minute change of plans and we're unable to attend the weekend away. It took a day after I originally contacted them to hear anything back. He said it was a peak renting weekend and was unable to do anything for us. I responded immediately and it was still a other day before I got a response back from the renter. He was unwilling to work with us, it was a terrible experience.

Great Place for Family Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our getaway home away from home. They 4 bedrooms with bunks and pullout were perfect for all. Comfortable beds. Our unit was close to parking and two ponds immediately behind. The large deck had lots of use with plenty of seating in addition to built in seating all around. Nice trails along roadway. Easy walking distance to very nice pool and park. Park had like new outside gym for the kids. Within short walk to upper portion of the slopes. Close to Seven Springs resort via mostll non-paved by maintained roadway Only suggestion is to update some of the check-in procedures like WiFi

Our group of 8 friends (in our 40s and 50s) decided to take a weekend getaway to celebrate our October birthdays since so many typical activities are unavailable due to Covid and this rental was the perfect place. We were there for about 48 hours and except for a brief foray to see if anything was going on at Seven Springs, we spent the entire time in the condo. The night we arrived we used the nice gas grill (could use a big metal spatula) to make our dinner and sat on the deck around the fireplace for about 7 straight hours enjoying drinks and music and the beautiful fall weather. Saturday we walked a little and then stayed in and played games and relaxed. A perfect break from the quarantine blues :) The home is clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Plenty of hand soap, towels, blankets, utensils, firewood and other amenities available to make our stay comfortable (bring your own soap for the shower). Each bedroom was comfortable and private with TVs and plenty of bathroom space. Individual thermostats for each room was a really nice touch since agreeing on the perfect temp for 8 people can be challenging. My rental experiences have often felt like the beds and mattresses were the owner's castoffs and several trips have suffered because of an uncomfortable sleeping experience. This was not the case here. All the beds here were comfortable with the only struggle being most of us have king beds at home now and these were all queens (except for the bunk bed room). Ron was easy to work with; the entire transaction was handled in two or three emails. The lockbox was easy to use and the rules of the house were easy to follow and reasonable. The development has nice amenities as well like the pool, bocce court and little lakes scattered throughout but we didn't really take advantage of anything on this trip. The fall colors were beautiful; we are not skiers so October was a great month to visit the area. Thanks for a great trip!
