Yet with pets accepted there were no trash cans anywhere outside to dispose trash. Had to take with us to dispose somewhere else. Room was spacious yet bed lil uncomfortable. No pool :( yet Pleasant, nice garden and wouldn’t mind staying if we needed a quick getaway"

"Placerville is an adorable historic gold mining town with a lovely main street with lots of cute shops and restaurants. The historic Cape Hotel looks exactly like it did 150 years ago in all of its old photos. It is like stepping back in time. It has the second oldest working elevator west of the Mississippi. The staff was extremely friendly. You get to park for free directly behind the hotel (after checking in they will give you a pass to put in your window). Each room is given a cute little...
