"A fantastic rental site. Quite, but located near plenty of activities. The property manager is one of the nicest and most interesting people you will ever meet. I highly recommend this rental location, and expect to return in the future."

"The kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was fairly close to the State Park. The WiFi was weak. We could not watch TV. It just kept loading and never finished loading. Power went out - and there were no candles. "

"Clean, spacious and well equipped. Had everything you could ask for and a few things you wouldn’t think to expect. Nice place to use as a home base for exploring Hocking Hills. Very pleased with our experience."

"Our 3 night family get together was perfect. The house was extremely well stocked and the owners thought of everything that could be done to make the stay stress-free and fun! We had one rainy day, but the basement play area kept everyone entertained. Foos ball, basketball, ping pong, hockey.... even a piano. And a library full of books and games. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes, but I have never seen one this well stocked. They kitchen was unreal - every appliance, kitchen tool and supply...

"Time warp to your own grandma’s house with this little gem. Thoughtful touches throughout including multiple charging stands, bedside table/stand for each person on each bed. Kurieg was nice - lots of condiments and spices. One bath isn’t my favorite but it was large enough. Overall this is a nice little house that’s not very walkable, and the road noise is largely drowned out by the window a/C units. Some shampoo/conditioner/bodywash were provided. Would recommend this property for dog...

"My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights with our dog and had a wonderful time! The pictures and the listing perfectly matched reality.First, the brand new house has such a thoughtful design. If we were to ever build our own short-term rental we'd take a lot of inspiration from this place. Everything was comfortable and impeccably clean, and the layout was really perfect. Kaitlyn was a wonderful host and thought of pretty much everything, from a selection of snacks and coffee syrups and for us...

"The property was nice and allowed suitable room for my family. The kids loved the bunk beds and a separate room just for them. The game room was an added bonus. It was very quiet and felt succluded even though it was pretty close to a main highway. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, but the pans were quite dirty when we arrived. A good dishwasher was nice to help us keep tidy while there. Not much clean up required upon checkout made it feel like a true getaway. Overall very satisfied...

"We had a fabulous time at this beautiful, quiet and private property. Plenty of room for our family of 7. We especially enjoyed the game room and popcorn maker. Town was a close 10 min drive with miniature golf, ice cream, Walmart and canoeing. The hosts were terrific and communication was superb. It was a lovely long weekend at the property."
