Villa in Someren with Sauna near Golf Course

These luxurious detached and thatched villas are located at holiday park Resort De Heihorsten. The resort is located at 5.5 km from the small-scale centre of Someren, near the golf course, 20 km from the city of Eindhoven.

Inside you have everything you can expect from a contemporary villa; a nice living room with a TV and a conservatory, an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a microwave and two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. The third bathroom, on the first floor, has a walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet in the hall and on the landing. This villa has a steam shower and a traditional sauna as icing on the cake. The bedrooms, bathroom and toilet are three steps lower than the rest of the ground floor.

Outside, you will find a nice garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's a parking space for two cars directly at the villa.
