"This was the perfect place for hosting a large group. It has lots of space so people in your party can have some down time. It is a rural setting so having a vehicle is a good idea. The host and the manager were very helpful with any questions or requests we had. "

"Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food."

"Beautiful villa of your dreams on a hillside near Cortona. Everything was exactly as described and the villa is very large. We had 4 couples each in the 4 master bedrooms which are huge and very nicely separated. Be aware the road up to the villa is very challenging! "Our hosts were very gracious and concerned that we had all we needed for a good stay. They even brought us a basket of vegetables from which we made a great soup. We loved the peace and quiet of the area and the views as the daylight changed. So good to have a wash machine and a place to easily dry clothes. "We had a fabulous week - we were 9 adults. Location was great - 5 minute drive up the hill to Cortona and 5 minute drive to grocery store and train station in Camucia. "I want to move into this villa. It was amazing from start to finish with only one or two minor issues. The location was perfect for visiting nearby towns and wineries. The American style coffee maker was ancient and it took over an hour to brew a cup of coffee. Once we cleaned it with vinegar it worked a lot better. Sadly we did not use the pool due to the weather. I definitely would return to this villa. "
