With a floor area of 35 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a 15 m² living area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room, as well as a terrace and a garden so you can make the most of the outdoors.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with a TV, sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchenette, including: an electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (160×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- Shared unheated outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool and sun loungers (open from late April to late September, secured by a fence, subject to weather conditions)
- 250 m² wellness area (sauna, steam room) available at an additional cost, open from June to September
- A garden and a 15 m² terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather

Ideally situated in Solliès-Toucas, the chalet is set in peaceful surroundings whilst being close to essential shops, restaurants, bars and the local market.

- A visit to Solliès-Pont Castle, a 13th-century medieval building offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains

If you’re travelling by car, a private, numbered parking space is available for your use.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Toulon railway station is 15 minutes’ drive away
- Toulon-Hyères Airport is 25 minutes’ drive away

Other notes:
- Pets are welcome free of charge (maximum 2 per stay)
- Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and depend on weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but are available on request at an additional cost (bookable and payable through our local partner – indicative prices, subject to change)
- Check-in and check-out outside standard times: subject to the concierge service’s availability and for a flat-rate surcharge
- Due to access difficulties, the accommodation may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
