The bright apartment is located between the sea and the mountains in the Sierra de Tramuntana, one of the most beautiful areas of the island. It is on the third floor without an elevator. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed, ideal for 2 children. The open kitchen to the living-dining room is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. A crib is available upon request.
Port of Sóller is located in the west of Mallorca, in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The surroundings are perfect for cycling, hiking or climbing. In addition to being able to enjoy the sandy beach of Puerto de Sóller, there are numerous small coves in the Sierra, e.g. Cala Deià or Llucalcari. A classic route is to take the historic train from Palma to Sóller. Please note that there are stairs to reach the apartment.

Important information:
Starting from February 2026, on the street where the apartment **Es Niu** is located, traffic control cameras have been activated because the area has been declared an **ACIRE**.
A **ACIRE zone** (Restricted Circulation Area) is an area of the municipality in which vehicle access is limited and regulated.
Installed cameras control license plates to verify that accessing vehicles are authorized, with sanctions being imposed otherwise.
Currently, the streets declared as ACIRE are as follows:

* Saint Catherine of Alexandria
* Apollonia
* Mallorca Street
It is recommended that visitors, before accessing by vehicle, check the affected streets and use the parking areas enabled outside the restricted area.

From mid-December 2024 to March 2025, both inclusive, work is being carried out on the facade that does not affect the apartment itself. Resting hours are respected.
In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest over 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

The bail will be retained through a credit card and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
