Holiday Home 'Can Jaumins' with Mountain View, Shared Pool & Wi-Fi

This small mountain house "Can Jaumins" is located on a large plot of orange trees with two other houses. The house is fully equipped and has a double room, bathroom with shower, and living room (located on different levels) and the kitchen is located in the basement. In front of the house, there is a terrace with fantastic views of the village and the mountains and where we find a barbecue area. The property can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a garden, a balcony and a barbecue. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool and an open terrace. The pool is located about 50 meters (2 - 3 min walking) from the house. The pool is shared with the other two houses.

The center of Sóller, is about a 20-minute walk. It is a very pleasant walk but it should be noted that the rise and fall are quite pronounced. As a rental car we recommend a small, manageable car to get to the house since the house is in the mountains and the streets are narrow, or a scooter is a very good option too.

A parking space is available on the property.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Beach/pool towels are provided.

The property offers homemade/homegrown produce.
