From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by Solitude and is intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 1 vehicle.

This suite is located on the 2nd floor of Eagle Springs West at Solitude Resort, offering convenient access to everything the village has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the Apex Lift and nearby dining options, including Stone Haus Pizzeria and the Thirsty Squirrel.

Living Space:
The cozy living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain. Guests can gather around the gas fireplace, watch a movie, or enjoy a board game together. Recently updated vinyl flooring gives the space a fresh, modern feel.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and tools needed to prepare meals at home. Guests can dine together at the dining table or enjoy casual seating at the breakfast bar, making it easy for everyone to gather and eat comfortably.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Powder Stash comfortably accommodates 4–6 guests with flexible sleeping options:
- Primary bedroom with a King-sized bed
- Recessed nook with a bunk bed (PLEASE NOTE: the weight limit for the top bunk is 125lbs)
- Living room with a Queen-sized sleeper sofa
