"Problem with paying the pet fee. A bit of confusion to how to pay this. Cabin was just as shown. It had enough supplies for the night. Loves the campfire and s'mores. Love the area, plenty of room between cabins for some privacy. Definitely stay again."

"The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!"

"The potential of a 3.5☆ but for maintenance and staffing. The sheets were soiled and the toilet was blocked up. Regular maintenance and proper staffing could prevent these issues. So instead of a 3☆ they get 1.5☆"

"We had never stayed in a bed and breakfast type place so we didnt know what to expect. The grounds are very beautiful, the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Fresh croissants which were amazing for breakfast. It was a good experience."

"I schedule to pay upon arrival and my room was canceled they told me because the hotel was booked and I didnt have card on file however they gave me a room...the room was clean the bathroom was horrible I complained and no one came to clean..I had to put a towel in the tub just to shower...the sup came to clean bathroom and told me that they will give me accommodation that never happen..however she did say the bathroom was dirty and maintenence will be fired bc of this...my whole experience...

"For 3 nights and 3 days, we had no hot water whatsoever. We could not take a shower during the entire stay. It was extremely hot outside and caused us to sweat a lot, it was very uncomfortable not being able to cleann ourselves. This was supposed to be a great weekend as my wife graduated from the University of Virginia with her PhD. But we couldn't enjoy the ceremony or weekend at all because we stunk with body order and were sticky because of the sweat. The hotel called us a week before our...
