Poolside and Beachfront Remodeled Close to Everything!

Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view retreat. We have are so excited to host you in our beautifully remodeled space overlooking the pool and ocean. Open the windows and enjoy the cool ocean breeze throughout the day while making meals and drinks in the stunning kitchen complete with new appliances, a wine fridge, quartz countertops and all the cooking essentials you can think of. The convenient location just off the pool is one of our favorite features, as we can very easily grab food, drinks, and anything else we need from the condo just a few steps away. While we have many amazing restaurants close by, you won't want to leave the table on your private balcony with the most stunning sunset views. Morning coffee is that much better when get to watch the dolphins at the same time!

From soft linens, to children's books, sand toys, a cooler, pickle ball rackets, beach chairs, a pack n play, booster seat, and even a sound machine for babies, we really like to think we have thought of everything to give you the best vacation possible! Our living room has plenty of seating to gather in to enjoy evening sunsets and movies on our smart TV. Our Wifi is also the fastest speed you can get, which makes working away from home stress free.

Our safe, gated community also has private beach access, BBQs available for you to grill on, two indoor hot tubs, pickleball/ tennis courts and a gym. We really have it all!

Walk to the Del Mar Fair grounds to enjoy concerts during the summer, the fair, festivals and many other fun events that are held here throughout the year. You can even walk to one of the most popular restaurants in San Diego, The Brigantine, which has amazing fish tacos and incredible views. You can walk to all that downtown Solana Beach has to offer, including the train station that will take you up and down the coast, many delicious restaurants, yummy coffee shops, art studios, and trendy shopping. There is so much to do and see here! Venture out to one of the scenic hikes nearby, such as the mushroom caves, or check out a concert at our local venue, Belly Up Tavern, wine taste at Carruth on Cedros Ave or check out local brews across the street . You can rent bikes and cruise the coastal trail to Encinitas where there are even more restaurants, shops and yoga studios.
