"Great location!!! Very family friendly neighborhood! Cyndi is a fabulous host, excellent communication and was very helpful when we inadvertently forgot something after checking out. The rental is as described and was a wonderful place for us to gather as a family. And of course, you can't beat the California sunshine!"

"house showed some wear and tear issues and minor damage but everything functioned. Not enough reading lights in the bedrooms. it was clean and had sufficient towels. The 5th bathroom was essentially the laundry room and uncomfortably small. It would be a great house for families with small kids and worked well for us 10 adults. location was the best! Host responded quickly to our request for a room heater. "

"Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work. "House was just as described. We arrived on Christmas and appreciated the decorated tree and stockings by the fireplace because we were traveling with children. The yard was GREAT for our kids to play and for the adults to visit. The large spa tub was very nice too. "
