"The check in was quick. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I like the location as it is close to everything. What is frustrating is when we got into the room was there were no towel at all and bathroom floor mat. The note on the room says u have to call the customer service if u need towel and the like. First time we experience this. Towels should be provided automatically before the guests checks in"

"Pre booked and pre paid a queen size bed in a standard room. I was expecting exactly that, not more. They tried to push me to a single bed standard room for no reason. I refused, reception said it was overbooked. Told them it wasn’t my fault, if they don’t have the same room, give me a better room, or refund me the difference if they send me to a single. Magically appears a queen size bed standard room. Lost 30min in this mission… Next day, went for dinner in the hotel restaurant: refused entry,...
