"We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. "

"Very responsive host and the remarkably clean and organized hotel room with secured/easy access was conveniently located in the city center near the Herakleion port. Restaurants and shopping district within walking distance. The host guided me through greatly with finding a parking spot which I appreciate very much. Coffee, tea, a small bottle of ouzo & other assortments were kindly accommodated, such sensible gestures added a wonderful memory to my experience in the famous greek hospitality....

Our hotel wasn't necessarily *close* to all the food/shopping or the fort, but it was within a reasonable walk that felt safe to us. "Easy check-in process. Concierge staff are kind and helpful. Location is close walking proximity to bus stops, attractions, bars and restaurants. Surrounding area appears understandably concerning although did not feel unsafe during different points in the day. "

"I did not eat breakfast. I had small meals and snacks and they were good. The road outside was noisy from 7 am to after midnight The facilities have been recently upgraded and are well designed and attractive "

"This was essentially a studio. We knew that when we booked as we need a short overnight stay. So for my family of 4 (2 teens) it worked. The only was issue was parking for my car rental. The streets were super narrow here and parking was difficult to find nearby. "
