The apartment, located on the ground floor and spread over two levels, welcomes guests from the bright living room equipped with a sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room overlooks the spacious covered porch, furnished with a second dining table and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying sunny days in the open air. Completing the floor are a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the lower floor where there is a spacious tavern furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a second sofa and a table with chairs. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.



The shared swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September, during the following hours 09:00-13:00 / 15:00-20:00. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

Soiano del Lago, an enchanting locality near Lake Garda on the Brescia shore, takes its name from "Porta del sole", translation of "Solis ianua" which is enough to define the characteristics of this small village in the Valtenesi, rich in vineyards and olive trees immersed in the greenery of the hills. In Soiano del Lago, a visit to the Castle dating back to the 10th century is certainly worthwhile, hosting events and manifestations during the summer period. Worth visiting nearby, the tourist locality of Moniga del Garda with its splendid beaches and the castle of Padenghe.

For guests who prefer a relaxing excursion, it is possible to reach Salò and take a boat to visit the lake by navigation.

The hinterland of Soiano del Lago offers places of peace and quiet immersed amongst the typical olive trees of the Valtenesi area, on Lake Garda, where tourists can participate in tastings and stop in local restaurants to sample the typical Brescia spiedo.



The apartment is located approximately 15 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and approximately 40 minutes from the airport.
