"The front desk took like about 30 minutes to come to the window, then said he couldn’t find my reservation, asked me for my ID and then when he was done he THREW it back at me. They went into the room once out of the 3 nights we stayed. And didn’t leave replacement towels, they took the used ones and left us with nothing. Luckily I had brought one from home. "

"I have stayed in many, many motels as a traveling RN. This was one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in. Immediately upon entering the room, I was overwhelmed with a strong smell of Lysol. It was bad! I have severe asthma, so I kept the door open for a few minutes to air it out……that is until I saw 2 roaches literally walking into my room. "There is no one at the front desk after 10pm, there is no room cleaning, if you need new towels or bed sheets you have to take them to the front desk and get new ones yourself, take out your own trash, no coffee pot in room, they did have coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day, no ice machine and kitchen in room no utensils or pans, with having to do everything yourself they should not charge as much"
