Lovely family accommodation with hot tub, spacious garden and stunning views

This charming family-friendly vacation home for six people features a hot tub, a spacious garden, and unobstructed views of the meadows.

Here, you can enjoy peace, space, and the great outdoors. From the patio or the hot tub, you can look out over the open landscape, where the horses from Stichting De Paardenkamp graze and, with a little luck, you might spot some deer passing by. A wonderful spot for families and those seeking peace and quiet who enjoy staying in the heart of nature.

Living, cooking, and relaxing on the first floor
The first floor features a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable seating area and an LED TV. A pleasant space to relax together, play a game, or get some quiet work done.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a combination microwave, oven, wine cooler, ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker (size 4), and electric kettle. The dining table seats six people, ideal for long dinners or a hearty breakfast.

On this floor, you’ll also find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a sink, as well as a separate toilet in the hallway.

From the living room, you can step right out onto the terrace. With a view of the meadow, this is the perfect spot for a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day. After a long day, settle into the hot tub and enjoy a moment of pure relaxation.

Sleep comfortably upstairs
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both furnished with two comfortable single box-spring beds.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. You’ll also find a washer and dryer here, making the accommodation suitable for longer stays.

A practical and comfortable stay
This home has two parking spaces on the property. During your stay, 10 Mbps internet is included, with the option to upgrade to 50 Mbps for a fee.

You have access to 2 parking spaces. Your stay includes 10 Mbps internet, which you can upgrade to 50 Mbps for an additional fee.

The vacation home is located at the 't Eekhoornnest bungalow park.
The rental includes linens (made-up beds), towels, dish towels, and a cookware set.
Upon request, a crib or high chair can be provided in the vacation home at no additional cost. Please let us know in advance.

House Rules
We would like to extend a warm welcome to you in advance and thank you for choosing our vacation home.
We expect that during your stay, the accommodation will be treated with care and respect. To ensure clarity, we would like to draw your attention to the following house rules:

-All accommodations are strictly non-smoking. The use of deep fryers without properly functioning odor filters is also prohibited. If we find that an open deep fryer has been used or that smoking has occurred in your room, an additional €250.00 will be charged for the cleaning of the curtains and furniture in your accommodation.
-It is prohibited to dispose of sanitary pads, frying oil, and other fats down the drain due to the use of sewage pressure pumps. If this is discovered, the tenant will be held responsible for the cleaning costs.
-Moving beds and cabinets is only permitted in consultation with and with the assistance of our staff to prevent unnecessary damage.
-It is not permitted to install satellite dishes on or near the residences.
-Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
-It is prohibited to attach nails, thumbtacks, tape, glue, or similar items to the walls or furniture.
-Open consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Walking around the park with a bottle of alcoholic beverage will not be tolerated. If we find guests outside their bungalow in an intoxicated state, we reserve the right to remove that person from the park. Drugs are prohibited throughout the entire park.
-We are a fireworks-free park. Open fires and fireworks are prohibited both on and off the park grounds. As long as the government has not issued a Code Orange, barbecuing on the patio of your cottage is permitted. Check the information channel to see if barbecuing is permitted.
- You can dispose of your household waste—including plastic bags, paper, cardboard, and glass—in the designated containers behind the wooden doors to the left of the parking garage entrance.
- Our guests come here primarily for peace and quiet. We therefore ask that you keep noise to a minimum. After 11:00 PM, no noise may be audible outside your accommodation.
Upon departure, the accommodation must be left clean (swept) and in its original condition. All furniture must be returned to the exact spot where you found it upon arrival. All kitchenware must be left in the kitchen cabinets, complete, clean, and dry. Please report any breakage to the front desk (online). Trash bags must be placed in the containers in front of the parking garage.

Rexener Hot Tub


1. Slide off the hot tub lid and fill the hot tub with water


2. Once the water level is above the bench, you can open the door and press the “on” button on the display. Press the ⬆️⬇️ buttons to set the temperature.


3. After about 90 minutes, your hot tub will be ready to use.


4. Enjoy your wonderful hot tub!


5. When you’re done using the hot tub, you can open the door and press the “off” button.


You can drain the hot tub by turning the orange plug.


Please wipe down the hot tub with a clean, damp cloth after each use. Contact the front desk during business hours if the hot tub needs to be refilled with fuel.


Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.

Any damage caused to the accommodation and/or the furnishings and/or decorations therein, or the theft thereof will be charged immediately to the person responsible or the jointly liable party.
