During your stay, you can enjoy access to a Finnish wellness area for 2 hours daily, at a scheduled time. The wellness facilities are exclusive to your group and include a Finnish kelo sauna, a refreshing outdoor shower, and a seating area with stunning views of the dunes. The wellness area is conveniently located right next to the villa. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, and infusion liquids are provided for your comfort.

For your convenience, ample parking is available with space for up to 5 cars.

This stunning home is situated on a private estate in one of the most exceptional locations of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, right on the Soester sand drifts.Ground floor: The living area boasts two inviting sitting areas, a spacious conservatory, a wine cooler, and a Bluetooth radio. One sitting area features elegant Chesterfield furniture and a cozy fireplace, while the other is equipped with a 55-inch LED TV, a selection of books, board and card games, and a wood-burning stove.The conservatory offers breathtaking views of the forested hills and includes two large dining tables, providing ample seating for up to 12 guests. A well-stocked bookcase filled with reading material and games adds to the room’s charm.The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee filter machine (size 4), kettle, and tableware for 8 people. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a dining table for 8.A separate laundry room is fitted with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, ironing board, iron, sports equipment, and a toy box. Our holiday park is the perfect starting point for a cozy picnic, mountain bike adventure or a beautiful walk through the versatile nature. Did you know that the wooded area of Soest directly behind our estate has been an enormous source of inspiration for famous painters such as Escher and Rien Poortvliet?
Our park is also just a 30 min. drive away from Amsterdam.
