"The suite was clean except for a few chips left by cleaning crew. (not good for my dogs!)
I never stayed in a suite before, and was pleased by the number of amenities provided!
We had plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 dogs. Very nice breakfast. Nice walk outside area for dogs. Would definitely stay here again."

"We reported a profusely leaking showerhead and our bed frame being broken the morning after check in. They told us they would address it and never did. I reported it again and that we needed our room cleaned a couple days later. Nothing happened. Then I got a text asking how my stay was going and I reported all of the above and was told they were understaffed and got no follow up.
