"The rooms were well kept and staff was nice, but the internet was down and I was not informed of this until I asked. Checking in I didn’t get my key till 21:00 and I got there at 16:00. Overall mixed experience, would recommend another place to stay."

"Great location, specially if you are taking/coming from a Ferry. We had to leave just before breakfast was served and they offered to prepare a bag for us, and it was delicious. Dinner is also very good and was included on our rate."

"Die Lage ist direkt gegenüber dem Fährhafen und damit ideal für frühe Abfahrten. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich; das Hotel ist kein Standard und sehr individuell eingerichtet. Eine schöne Abwechslung zu den Hotelketten. Das Frühstück hat alles geboten was man braucht ;-)"

"Good hotel, in good condition to welcome you. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness upon my arrival, with someone else's hair on the bed sheets and in the bathroom sink. The hotel is very quiet and the receptionists are pleasant. Breakfast is quite busy, but with good options."

"The hotel is a bit worn-out and outdated. It could really use some renovations. Service was good. The location is quiet and there is a supermarket right across the street but it is quite the walk to the city center, although it isn’t so bad on a nice day."

"We were travelling to visit friends and found the Story to be very convenient with helpful staff. The hotel is well kept and the roof bar had great views. The room was a bit on the small side and the breakfast area was crowded at the weekend."
