"We had an amazing time at this property for our family reunion. Great space for a large group. Each family had their own space and several common areas for activities. Very clean and host was attentive to questions. Quick drive to lava hot springs locations. I would recommend 100%!!"

We were pleasantly surprised of the layout and the great location. Close walking distance to hot springs, restaurants and shops.The place was well stocked, however we did not find coffee as expressed in the description, although not a big deal. "The house and yard provided a fun experience for those times we were at the house. It was also close to all the fun things Lava has to offer. A few things needed repairs. The water filter on the large refrigerator leaked, the grill seemed to have a gas leak, and the grease catcher needed emptying. Also, the fawcette handle in the kitchen would fall off when trying to turn on the water. Those things did not spoil our stay but needs some attention. We would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay here!! This cabin was a great layout for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It’s located right in town within walking distance to anything. It was well appointed with everything you need including kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, soft linens, bbq grill, and washer/dryer. We look forward to staying here again when visiting lava hot springs. "

"This was a beautiful property situated on a hill a few miles outside of Lava Hot Springs. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and grandkids under 9 years of age. The house is very well taken care of and clean. There was a fire pit outside which we used one evening. The house has a deck off of the kitchen/family room area. We enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings. The only negative I can think of is that you can hear the train...

"What a wonderful place to spend a weekend with family! We went golfing, took the drift boat down the Salt river and went to Jackson Hole for breakfast one morning. The comfy furnishing, nice beds and fireplaces were all great. The views at the house are stunning as well.Highly recommended! "
