SOARING EAGLE #406 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS - BEDDING: MASTER Pillowtop King Bed, flat screen TV, private bath with oval soaking tub and separate shower in the Master Suite; BR #2 Pyramid Bunk Bed (double down/twin up), plus another twin bed. Big flat screen TV with BluRayDVD. Their own private full bathroom. PLUS: Queen sofa bed in Living Room. 50" flat screen TV/DVD, Gas Fireplace and Washer/Dryer. Enjoy mountain views from the top of Snowshoe Mountain in this charming 2 bedroom east facing condo. 2 seat bar, 6 seat dining table, queen sleeper sofa, 50 inch flat screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette, 2 full bathrooms and a small furnished patio.

​​​​​​SLOPE SIDE Soaring Eagle is located about a mile from Snowshoe Village and is well connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Air Conditioning, Underground Heated Parking Garage, Deck / Balcony, Elevators, Hearth Room with Fireplace, Fitness Room, Jacuzzi on the patio terrace, Free Resort Shuttle Service, Bike Friendly Lodging, Ski Storage Lockers, Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal), and On-Site Laundry Facility. The complex has stunning views, adjacent to the Soaring Eagle Express Lift. Located about a mile from Snowshoe Village, and is well connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

The condo was very well maintained and just as expected. Garage parking was the best. The hot tubs were a huge hit at night. Direct access to the slopes is awesome. Plus the ski storage on the garage level is very convenient. Overall it was an amazing stay with our family. Definitely would return again! Travis & Lesa

Great Snowshoe Stay

Soaring Eagle is our top pick to stay when we come to Snowshoe with the lift being right outside the locker rooms and the rooms are big and spacious for our group. Casago was excellent to work with rooms very clean and ready for us and easy to check in/check out. Highly recommend staying here! Great trip!

Amazing Location

This place was so perfect for my kids and I. I couldn’t have chosen a better location. Parking garage made it so easy to unload the car. My only complaint was the lockers. It was so difficult to get our gear in and out each time we needed our stuff.

Cozy ski getaway

Checking in after hours was so easy - nice after a long drive! We love this location. We took the shuttle to the village and over to Silver Creek. It’s a short walk to the village which I recommend doing when it’s not too cold or windy. We had great views - sunrises were beautiful. And we could look out to see if the hot tubs were available or not too crowded. We brought some food with us - the kitchen had all the right tools and dishes we needed for cooking. Bathrooms, as well as the rest of place, were nice and clean. This property is so cozy and was perfect for our family.

Nice Stay for the UCI MTB World Cup

This review is for the unit only. The building itself is nice enough, but needs some TLC. There is not on-site management, there were boxes stacked in the lobby, one of the three hot tubs was out of service, and there was some sort of water leak in the first floor hallway. About the unit and check-in, etc. Check in instructions were clear. It would have been nice to check on-property, but it's not much hassle to check in at the Casago office. The instructions are crystal clear. The unit itself was in a good location on the 4th floor. There are some units that likely have even better views, but ours was nice. We were able to look out over the mountains. The balcony is a nice size. The unit was clean and well-appointed in terms of furniture. The two things that need to be worked on: the laundry room door sticks, and take some work to open, and the cookware is pretty shabby. It was workable, but one side of the 4-slot toaster was broken, and the pans and some of the cooking utensils were a little worse for wear. Overall, though, the furniture and beds were comfy, and we really enjoyed the soaker tub. The condo is more spacious than it looks in the photos. The secured parking was great, and we really liked the location. It's a little out of the way, about .8 miles from the main village, but the grocery is only .4 miles away, and in the summer, the village is an easy bike ride away from the hotel along paved paths. The shuttle comes regularly as well. We wanted to be away from the noise of the epicenter of the event we were attending, and the Soaring Eagle was perfect for that. In the winter, it would be very convenient as well as a lift is located steps away. Great access to the backcountry trails as well. We were happy with our stay.

Great location

Terrific location. Really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and well supplied kitchen. Side note - the Soaring Eagle property is due for some updating / repairs. Also, not having a Casago representative or some type of concierge available after hours is a problem. I do realize staffing is currently a problem though. We would stay here again.

Amazing property in a perfect location!

Unit was exactly as described! Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Master was very nice and bed was comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Balcony too was much larger than other Snowshoe properties we have visited. Multiple hot tubs made chilling out after skiing more relaxing. And, walking distance to the lift, got to love it! Interactions with managers were all quick and thorough!

Not good

The property is older and sparsely decorated and poorly supplied. One tiny bar of soap for the bathroom, no coffee filters for the coffee pot, not one sauce pan large enough to brown 2 lbs of ground beef. The location is good, everything else was mediocre or poor. I won’t plan to stay here again and I will try not to book any property managed by Casago again. This wasn’t a good experience.

Great place to stay at Snowshoe

One of the nicest properties in Snowshoe. The property has beautiful views from the top floor of the highest point at Snowshoe. The soaring eagle lodge is one of the nicest properties at Snowshoeand is very clean and modern. The basement garage and ground floor locker room for ski gear are very convenient. Highly recommend and plan to stay here again the next time we visit.

Great Property

One of the best rental properties our family has rented. Very well equipped, great on the slopes location, enclosed parking, gas fireplace, and several jacuzzis. Will definitely stay again.

Nice condo, nicely furnished. Would like to suggest making water heater temp higher. Also low water pressure in shower. Also had to empty dishwasher upon arrival. Would be nice to have this done upon arrival. Thanks!

Great in every way

Indoor parking, staff met us in garage with carts to bring luggage upstairs. Indoor ski lockers, out the door to Soaring Eagle lift. Two beautiful fireplaces in Great Room. Outdoor hot tubs with wonderful view of the sunrise over the mountains. Comfortable and spacious rooms: quiet, never even heard our neighbors. Shuttle bus every 15 minutes, we parked our car and never used it the 5 days we were here. Very attentive staff, Thank You Erica and Travis. We couldn't have had a better time.

Soaring Eagle is my favorite place to stay at Snow Shoe. This accommodations were wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone and hope to stay there the next time we go to the mountain
