THE UNIT:
Welcome home to Silver Creek unit 5405, the ideal home base to enjoy your next Snowshoe Mountain vacation getaway!
This sophisticated, modern 2-bedroom/2-bathroom beauty, which sleeps eight people, is on the fourth floor of the Silver Creek Lodge, home of the legendary night skiing, 3 of the best terrain parks, and the Coca-Cola Tube Park. When you stay in Silver Creek, you’ll enjoy shorter lift lines, later mid-week rope drops, and a complimentary shuttle to and from the main mountain!
Silver Creek 5405 features modern vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics you'll need to prepare, cook, and serve a delicious meal. Within the comfortable space, you’ll find plateware, utensils, pots and pans, range, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and toaster, and a single serve Keurig coffee maker.
If you’re tired of preparing your own meals, consider a short stroll to the various dining options right in the building: 1) the Locker Room, where you can eat, drink, watch sports, play games, and enjoy live music during certain nights and 2) the Bear’s Den, featuring lunch and dinner options that include wood-fired oven pizzas, burgers, and more. Please note the Bear’s Den is only open during the ski season and the Locker Room has limited open hours during the summer season.
For your comfort and a peaceful night of sleep, the master bedroom features two queen beds with an attached bathroom. There is also a workspace desk in the master bedroom in case you need to work during your travels. On the opposite side of the property, enjoy the cozy and comfortable queen bed. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. For additional sleeping capacity, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that accommodates two additional people.
In the living room, relax and savor the warm ambiance in front of the fireplace where you can kick off your shoes, put your feet up after a fun-filled day on the mountain, and discuss the adventures you had during the day.
Take in the scenery from the balcony, which can be accessed through the living room and the second bedroom, where you can sit back, have a glass of wine, and enjoy the expansive blue-green mountains in the distance.
In the hall, you’ll appreciate the stackable washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
Your housekeeping package includes clean linens (flat sheets and pillowcases) plus an additional setup for the sleeper sofa, bathroom linens (towel and washcloths for each person the condo has the capacity to sleep), a bathmat, a dish towel, toilet paper, trash bags, bar soap, liquid dishwashing soap (for hand-washing dishes), and powdered dishwasher detergent (for the dishwashing machine). Neither paper towels nor coffee filters will be provided!!

THE RESORT:
At 4,848 feet, Snowshoe Mountain has the best skiing south of Vermont and east of Colorado, and is the perfect all-season destination in West Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains. You’re sure to find an activity to keep all your family members happy.
Winter – With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and 5 terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, try out other activities such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, Polaris RZR tours, snowmobile tours, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and the Snowshoe spa, to name a few.
Summer – Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails at your disposal. Other activities include hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, clay shooting, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, relaxing by Shavers Lake, etc.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Please be courteous and considerate of the other guests and abide by the quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Party away on the mountain or at a local restaurant. But, please, no parties in the condo. If you need additional accommodations, please ask me about my other properties on the Snowshoe Mountain Resort.
PETS: While we absolutely adore our furry friends and wish you could bring them with you, unfortunately, the building is not pet-friendly, so we have to insist you find alternative accommodations for your pets. However, if you have a certified Service Animal, let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you.
EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee anything earlier than a 5:00 PM check-in. We may be able to accommodate your request for an earlier check-in as long as the previous Guest has departed by 11:00 AM and the housekeeping team is not short-staffed. On extremely busy days or holiday weekends, we appreciate your patience if our staff is running behind in cleaning and resetting the condos.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if this or any of our other properties is available.
PARKING: Your reservation includes a parking pass so you can park for free at the Silver Creek Lodge.

It was a nice stay. Since it's the off season it was a little scary. But it was nice. Some of the utensils were overly worn. Maybe check that stuff occasionally and replace as needed. Thank you

Perfect Stay at Snowshoe!We had an amazing time staying at this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Snowshoe Mountain! The place was spotless when we arrived — very clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for our group, and the beds were super comfortable after a day on the slopes.Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process a breeze. It really felt like they cared about making our stay great.Location-wise, you can’t beat it — close to everything Snowshoe has to offer. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, hassle-free getaway in the mountains!

Very nice experience. Excellent communication and available for questions via text. Excellent location for day and nignt skiing. Overall lodge and rooms are a little dated but were more than adequate for our stay. During the day the slopes werent crowded at all.

Just ok
Upon arrival the unit was not cleaned very well. We put a call in and it was handled promptly. Hot water heater barely worked for the entire stay, good for 2 short showers. Furniture in the unit is very dated and very much in need of replacement.
Positives are the location. We enjoyed being at Silver Creek so the kids could do night skiing. Hot tub, pool, etc were nice for them too.

Great Getaway
The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. being right next to the night trails made it a great way to wind down the day and walk right back inside when you get tired. Mr. Tim is an exceptional businessman that was always “one call away”. I will definitely be renting from him in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Silver Creek. Excellent location, easy access to the room, and great space for family. Only thing we had to do was baby proof a little bit, other than that it was perfect!

Good location, especially since had teens/young adults who wanted to night night ski also.
Super easy check in process, nice to not have to stand in line to check in, just go directly to the room. Quick and easy communication with renter/agent. Clean, well stocked condo. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location if have people also wanting to night ski. Condo temp was warmer then I personally wanted, but I like it cool. Would definitely rent again.

the rooms very comfortable with all the ready to go amenities right from kitchen to bathrooms. the only drawback in the rooms were backed up toilets and master bedroom heater not working. overall it was a great. very convenient to the slopes
