Welcome to Seneca 113, one of a handful of charming condos with its own private entrance and covered porch right into the heart of Snowshoe's main Village. Pop out of your patio door and ski away in the winter, or bike in the summer! Ski school, ski rentals, lift ticket pickup, shops, restaurants, a Starbucks, and the slopes themselves are just outside this private entrance. With 2 queen beds in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, it sleeps 6 people comfortably. Recently renovated with a fully stocked kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, granite kitchen, a dining table for 6, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a direct wall HDMI hook up for gaming system or streaming devices, and private full-size washer and dryer (inside the unit), you'll have all you need for a great stay.

The Seneca building offers guests a large hot tub, heated underground parking, fitness room/gym, sauna, ski locker, outdoor fireplace, and Hearth room (its social lounge and entertainment room with a large TV and couches for hanging out). We have air conditioning for those warm summer days.

The full kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker (uses regular 'pods'), crock-pot, blender, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils and glasses. The full bathroom has a combination tub/shower. Please bring your own laundry detergent for the washer and dryer in the unit. Extra coin-operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by elevator for larger loads.

Sheets and towels will be provided. The cleaning fee includes an initial set-up of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner.
