THE SPACE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
AS 228-230 occupies two thoughtfully renovated side-by-side units on the 2nd floor of Allegheny Springs — Snowshoe's premier Village Central building. Rented exclusively together, these two adjacent units offer two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a spacious living area complete with a cozy gas fireplace. Step out onto the private balcony for breathtaking views of the Allegheny Springs heated pool and the surrounding mountain landscape — with the Ballhooter Ski Lift just one minute away.
The primary suite in Unit 228 features two queen beds and an ensuite full bathroom with a spa-like ambiance. Unit 230 offers a second private bedroom with one queen bed and a full bathroom. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and comfortable seating around the fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and all essential cookware. Kitchen basics including salt, pepper, and cooking oil are included.
⚠️ Unit 228's A/C may occasionally freeze up during high-demand periods — heat works perfectly in all units, and Unit 230's A/C is unaffected. This is being actively addressed.
⚠️ Due to strong mountain winds, the gas fireplace may occasionally fail to operate.
⚠️ There is NO interior connecting door between Units 228 and 230. Both units are accessed via the shared building hallway.
