Located on the second floor of Building A, plenty of natural light streams through the full wall of glass doors in this well-positioned condo. Enjoy scenic views of mountains and pines from the covered balcony or relax in the modern interior of this nicely kept unit. With a king bed and additional sofa sleeper, four guests can comfortably enjoy this space.

Upon entry into this condo, you'll find a designated space for sitting down on a convenient bench and pulling off that bulky winter gear. An abundance of hooks helps keep gear organized and ready for the next adventure.

Clean lines and modern touches give this condo a chic, updated feel, while at the same time being warm and welcoming. Put your feet up and relax in the living room, where a comfortable sofa and mid-century modern coffee table await. Along with two easy chairs, the living room is an ideal place for gathering around. A gas fireplace with a beautiful rock exterior sets the tone for cozy evenings in the winter. For those who enjoy the simplicity of a flickering fireplace, engaging conversation, and relaxing tunes, it's easy to set the tone in this living room. An acoustic guitar and Bluetooth speaker system keep the music flowing. There's also a large screen TV for nights when curling up with a movie sounds like the perfect way to unwind.

This condo offers many options for enjoying meals in from the well-equipped kitchen. Along with full-sized stainless steel appliances, you'll also find specialty items such as an air fryer and cast iron skillet for preparing a variety of dishes. Ample space is provided at the island for working together on meal prep or pulling up a stool to enjoy a drink and snack.

You'll find a restful hideaway in the private bedroom, which is decorated in soothing natural wood and white tones. A spacious king bed awaits, adorned with decorative pillows. A generously sized dresser offers plenty of drawer space for unpacking and making yourself at home. If additional sleeping options are needed, the sofa in the living room also serves as a pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom in this condo is located right across from the master and offers a spacious glass and tile shower.

Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
