Boasting a full kitchen with a spacious island, everything needed is on hand whether you stay a few days or a few weeks!

Make yourself at home in this one-bedroom condo, which has the cozy feel of a mountain cabin. Natural wood beamed ceilings overhead and soft carpet underfoot welcome you to relax and enjoy the comforts of mountain living. A full wall of glass doors allows natural light to flood the open-concept great room, bringing some of Colorado's natural beauty right indoors. Step outside and relax on the private patio of this ground floor unit, where trees add privacy and the mountains can be seen in the distance.

The living room in this condo is well suited for quality family time, with a comfortable sofa and two easy chairs arranged in a way that promotes conversation and easily accessible game times around the coffee table. The stone fireplace adds a nice touch to the space and brings warmth and ambiance on winter evenings. You'll also find a large flat screen TV situated in the living area to add to the entertainment options.

Easily move between the living room and kitchen in this great room, making it easy to spend time together whether you're lounging on the couch or preparing food. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing full meals in, if desired. It boasts stainless steel appliances, ample counterspace, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Whip up a quick breakfast in the morning from the comfort of your accommodations, pulling up a stool to the kitchen island to fuel up before heading out.

Enjoy the space and privacy of a full condo, with a separate designated place for sleeping. The bedroom in this unit boasts a spacious king bed, complete with a mountain-style log frame. There's also an easy chair perfect for enjoying a few moments of quiet reading, as well as a wall-mounted flatscreen TV in the bedroom. For additional sleeping options, the living room sofa can also be converted into a bed. The bathroom in this condo offers a full tub with tiled shower.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
