What a view! Take a look through the photos and you can see that this condo is right on top of the action in Base Village. Your year round activities are just out the door. Your children are an elevator ride away from the Treehouse ski school facility and the Fanny Hill chair lift. Outdoor concerts, restaurants, apres ski activities and summer mountain biking and hiking are just outside the front entrance of the Hayden Lodge complex.

The secured elevator from the underground parking garage (only 1 spot available) or the mall level will take you up to the 2nd floor and the entrance to your vacation rental. This corner unit features an open floor plan with lots of windows and a large outdoor balcony overlooking all the action in Base Village. Despite being right on top of the action, the solid construction of the windows creates a quiet and relaxing environment inside. The living room features a large dining table and a comfortable sectional sofa. During dinner or while relaxing after the day adventures, enjoy the gas fireplace and large flat screen tv. The kitchen area features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy dining in your condo.

The master bedroom features a king bed, a large master bath with double vanity, shower and relaxing bathtub. The second bedroom features two twin beds. A bathroom with shower is located across the hallway from this room. Please inform at time of booking if you would prefer to have the twin beds bridged to a king bed.

Roomy Snowmass getaway

The location is wonderful with the gondola outside your window. Snowmass mall is a short gondola cab or walk away. The 3 full bathrooms and bedrooms was great for 3 couples. The community hot tub closes early at 10pm and is pretty small (only fits about 6). Please know there is no grill. There is an outdoor grilling area across the front parking lot a short walk from the condo that has no tables and chairs. The knives are terrible and could not cut anything. Also a pretty high cleaning fee they ask you to load the dishwasher and start it, gather dirty towels and take out the trash as well. It wasn’t too much to do though. Shuttle station is close and you can get back and forth from Aspen til 3AM.

Great Stay

The stay was fantastic and we look forward to a return trip. The property is accurately reflected in the pictures and the location is great, with convenient access to multiple trails. We were traveling with young kids and could walk (easily) to multiple restaurants and shops as well as other kid-friendly activities in the village. There is a gondola about 20 steps out the building's entrance that takes you to the mall and other shopping/dining options aside from those in the base village. The check-in and checkout processes were fantastic. The private parking and elevator are very helpful, especially when handling luggage. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.
