The house lies in the center of Praiano, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, half way between Amalfi and Positano. 3 bed-rooms, livingroom with sofa-bed, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with all amenities. The garden has BBQ and an outstanding pool (open from june to october)
The space
Casa Maria Cristina Maxi is located in the center of Praiano, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, halfway between Amalfi and Positano, the Lattari Mountains behind and the Gulf of Salerno in front. The apartment is located on the 3. and last floor of a multi-family building, built in terraces, typical for the Amalfi Coast. From the large panoramic terrace you have a splendid sea view, view to Positano and the Sorrento Peninsula with Capri on the horizon. From the garden you have the same stunning view. In the garden you find an outstanding pool of 3m diameter, BBQ, sunchairs, table and seatss. The house is close to the bus stop, all kinds of shops and restaurants. The beach "Cala La Gavitella" can be reached by foot in 10 minutes, the beach "Marina di Praia" can be reached by a local bus or in 20 minutes by foot. There is another local bus that connects Praiano and Positano with stops above all the beaches between the two villages.

Casa Maria Cristina Maxi has two doublebedrooms (each doublebed can be divided into two single-beds), one single-bed-room, livingroom with sofa-bed for two persons, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and a large sunterrace with seeview, view to Positano and peninsula of Sorrento with Capri on horizon. Upon request can be added an extrabed in one of the bed-rooms. The apartment has just been renovated. The floor and is embellished with hand painted Vietri ceramic tiles .
You have access to the garden, equipped with table, chairs, sun chairs, BBQ and with an above-ground pool.
