Located on the tip of the island, the home is ideally situated for witnessing the most amazing, unobstructed sunrises over the ocean that the island has to offer. Experience a sliver of a quiet and private paradise, all while being a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and beach shops. The beauty of the location is unique and one to be experienced.

This home has been newly renovated and boasts all new mattresses, bedding, flooring, a new washer and dryer, fresh paint, professional decor, as well as many other extras. The home is perfect for families with kids and includes toys, games, a Pac-Man arcade machine, a booster seat, a high chair, a Pack 'n Play, a baby walker, baby gates, and beach toys. Additional perks that make this home more accessible include safety bars next to all toilets and in all showers for added support, two accessibility-friendly toilets, and a shower seat for those who may need to sit while bathing.

Since the island is known for its breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, guests will be happy to view them from every room of the home, which is strategically full of windows. The large, open floor plan—consisting of bright and airy living, dining, and kitchen areas—is ideal for groups and families and provides sweeping 180-degree ocean views.

The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a prep sink, several new appliances, and all new kitchen necessities, including extras such as a slow cooker, Instapot, rice cooker, Keurig, and air fryer. There is plenty of seating for everyone to eat together, either at the spacious island with seating for eight or the adjacent large dining table with seating for ten. Little ones can join too, with both a booster seat and a separate high chair available.

Off the kitchen, spend time reading or watching the shrimp boats come and go from the cozy bay window seat with gorgeous ocean views. Relax in the living area, which includes three comfortable couches and two oversized chairs, enjoy the surround sound system, and admire the local art scattered throughout this peaceful room. From any seat, simply turn your head to take in the incredible ocean views through the wall of sliding glass doors that open to oceanfront decks.

Vacation means relaxing, so take advantage of the whole-house elevator, which makes bringing in groceries and luggage effortless. You will also appreciate the convenient second refrigerator located on the ground level with exterior access, perfect for drinks, bait, and extra groceries.

Enjoy the provided beach chairs, life jackets, sand toys, a sand wagon, a sun umbrella, coolers, cornhole, and pool toys. After a day on the beach or pier, rinse off in the freshwater outdoor shower with a newly updated rain shower head. When you need a break from the sand, step into the backyard and enjoy one of the few private pools on the island.

For another place to unwind, escape the daytime sun or relax in the evening with stargazing, a cocktail, and the soothing sound of the ocean from the hot tub located on the oceanfront second-floor deck.

Retreat back inside and listen to the sound of crashing waves from one of the two primary bedrooms, both featuring whirlpool baths and separate showers, or from one of the other three oceanfront bedrooms with private baths. The sixth bedroom includes bunk beds, a pond view, and a shared guest bath with oceanfront bedroom number five.

Feel free to sleep in—each bedroom is outfitted with blackout curtains for your comfort. Whether you prefer to swim and fish, sunbathe and read, or nap by the sea, you will find plenty of seating inside and outside to socialize or retreat for privacy.
