Happy Ours! Sound waterfront TH with dock stunning views! ~5 min walk to beach.

Welcome to Happy Ours of North Topsail Beach. Located on the Sound side with stunning panoramic views. Second row from Ocean. Spend your evenings on the back deck taking in the most gorgeous sunsets. Enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding off the private boat dock. Kayaks and paddle board supplied. This cozy home is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plus beach chairs and shade and a cart to carry it all. Well stocked kitchen and extra spices. We also take cleaning and comfort seriously and it shows!! A stay at Happy Ours will be a vacation to remember.
(All linens supplied and included in price unlike many vacation homes in Topsail. This means comfy bedding, beach towels, plenty of bath towels and washcloths without crazy add-on costs for linens. Plus, you don’t have to make any beds!)
We strongly encourage Travel Insurance especially during Hurricane Season.

We had the BEST time at Happy Ours! We had every single thing we needed including a well stocked, but not over stocked kitchen including tons of spices, paper towels, k cups, trash bags. Tons of towels including beach towels were part of the home. Tons of chairs, boogie boards, beach carts all were included. We totally enjoyed the views off the back deck with the most gorgeous sunsets! We also enjoyed the kayaks... also included! So much fun!!

Beautiful sunsets and excellent hospitality

Angela was very responsive and helpful while we stayed at their house. You really don’t have to bring anything because she provides so much at her house. We love to cook and she had so many supplies and spices in the kitchen. I loved the coffee bar and my kids were so excited to make s’more at night because they provided all the supplies. I highly recommend this place easy walk to the beach and plenty of privacy. We will be back again.

Wonderful Place!

This was our second time staying at Happy Ours and we loved it just as much the second time around! Unfortunately due to sickness our trip had to be cut short but for the time we were there we had amazing views, quiet setting on the dock and so much fun kayaking! The neighbors are wonderful and the house is spotless. Would definitely recommend!! Will stay again for sure! And Angela is amazing to work with!

Expectations exceeded

Never have we stayed in a vacation rental that felt more like home than Happy Ours. Wonderful location, cleanliness and attention to detail were top notch! Excellent communication from the host, very accommodating and not overbearing. This home set our standard for all future vacations and will be hard to top! Hats off to the Brinker family, thanks!!!

Perfect Cozy Beach Getaway!

My closest friends and I stayed here for a week for a beach getaway. We had such a great time! It was our first time visiting Topsail and we are already trying to plan when we can come back next year! This home is PERFECT! So cozy and had all the best amenities and MORE! The best part about this house is the location and the back porch! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets everyday! Even though we weren’t beachside, this is the next best thing! I honestly think the view from this house is better than the beach! The beds in the home are so cozy and the living room provided ample space for friends and pets! They even had a small basket of dog toys waiting for our furry friends. When we arrived they had relaxing music playing to greet us and kick off our vaycay! You can tell the owners take great care of this home and pour love into making it a home away from home. We will be back for SURE! A trip to remember, so thankful for these new memories.💕

Great views, short walk to beach

This house exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was very well thought out. We especially loved the big yard, dock and the beautiful views. Also the hosts went above and beyond a typical house rental making it feel more like a luxury boutique hotel, with the fully stocked extras at every corner! Definitely would come back.

Family reunion

We stayed at Happy Ours for the second time. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful with many amenities. They have thought of everything you’d need to relax and enjoy your beach vacation. Bedding and towels are luxurious. Kitchen supplies ample, outside area offers room to play and they even supply kayaks, extra chairs etc. Wonderful experience

Perfect Stay

Have both owned and stayed in VRBOs and it is easy to say that this was the most well thought out property in which we have stayed. It is clear that the owner both take pride in this property but also want to share it with those that they host. Sometimes we are skeptical when all the reviews are great but in this case all the great reviews are warranted. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Best Ever

Wonderful Property, like moving into your mansion fully supplied. Stock every item needed for a true family vacation. Beautiful smell upon entry and my family truly loved everything. We watched 7 unbelievable sunsets (one fishing from the pier) from the top deck. My grand boys fished, crabbed, kayaked, played all the outdoor games provided. We have been going on family vacations for over 30 years, this was the best!!! Thank you for sharing your special place.

Wonderful beach get away!

This property is wonderful! Clean, comfortably furnished, amazing view, and very helpful owners. The kitchen is set up with cooks in mind which for us is perfect. Easy access to great seafood market and grocery. Highly recomend!

Absolutely gorgeous place with a gorgeous view. Hosts thought of everything, even had a 5 port phone charger and a place to stands the phones on their sides for easy access. We will definitely be going back for another stay.

Pictures do not do this property justice!!!

This was the cleanest house, best stocked home, with the most amazing views. The pictures are beautiful but even better in real life. There is a sense of calm when you walk in the door. The decor is on point, and has everything you could need. The manager was so helpful for our stay!! She promptly responded to any question we might of had, and diligently worked out any issue. You will not regret booking this little slice of paradise

A relaxing and super comfortable vacation!

Beautiful home. Attentive host. Great weather. All of the previous reviews were spot on. This home was super clean, well-prepared and just like home for us. Best of the best!

This property has EVERYTHING you could want in a rental. Beautiful views of the intracoastal, short walk to beach. The house itself is fabulous (i want their interior designer!) With every conceivable amenity - kayaks, paddleboard blankets to cozy up on the amazing couch- I cant begin to list all the thoughtful touches that make the place stand out from others. We will return!

Above Expectations!!!

We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts could not be more friendlier! They were extremely helpful and keep just about anything you would ever need in the house and then some. It’s was definitely above what we expected. I can’t recommend this place enough. Our family really enjoyed crabbing, kayaking, and the beach. Will certainly book again in the future without hesitation.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation with our 2 grown sons in this beautiful, comfy, well-stocked home. We ate all of our meals at the house to enjoy the view and sunsets! There is everything you need to relax on and off the beach, cook wonderful meals, catch crabs off the dock, kayak and more. The owners also go above and beyond to make sure your vacation is the best! We highly recommend this 5-Star VRBO!

Beautiful stay in beautiful Topsail!

I cannot say enough about HappyOurs! We had a wonderful, relaxing week. The weather was amazing and the views from the deck were even more! This is hands down the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The host even provided coffee pods, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, s’mores and more. I have to say her plants around each corner were not only beautiful, but made you feel like you were home! We will definitely be back for another visit!
