Set on the sand in a quiet and secluded area at the far northern tip of North Topsail Beach, you'll see more boats than cars during your stay here! In this private community with no traffic to listen to, you can relax without highway noise or streetlights obstructing your view of the stars. There's a saltwater marsh behind the home, so neighbors to the rear are distant.

This recently updated home boasts panoramic ocean and river views from inside and out, as well as easy access to the shore. This property is in a private community and also within 15 miles of several local attractions, including North Topsail Beach Town Park, New River Boat Tours, and Shipwreck Point Golf.

Begin each day with the sunrise over the ocean and enjoy the sounds of the water rushing up onto the nearby beach. Prepare all your favorite dishes - from hearty breakfasts to full-course dinners - in a well-equipped kitchen with a suite of stainless steel appliances and an island with plenty of counter seating. Dine together indoors at the adjacent table or around the deck picnic table, where you can soak up abundant sunshine and breathe in the salty sea air.

For sleeping options, take your pick of four inviting bedrooms. There are three on the first floor: one king with an en suite full bath and Roku TV; one queen with a Roku TV; and a bunk room featuring three twins and one full bed, also with Roku TV. Upstairs is a king room with an en suite full bath and Roku TV. Each room is tastefully decorated with high-quality linens and playful beach décor. Each bedroom boasts private balcony access, with an abundance of seating options. WiFi is provided by Spectrum as well.

A 4-wheel drive is highly recommended to get to this retreat. There is a 75-foot sandy road leading to the property.
