Outdoor Living:
You can literally get up, grab a towel, and descend 16 steps to the beach using your private beach access. Getting thirsty or need to go to the bathroom? You are right there! No more crossing streets and hiking back for a bathroom break! And do not miss the sunrise over the ocean - a truly magnificent display of color and beauty! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water you will just love when returning from a day of sand and surf. The deck is great - partially covered by a lovely pergola for those who like a little shade. There are four sliding glass doors that open onto it - two off the great room and one off each of the ocean side bedrooms affording spectacular views and easy access.

Location:
The real charm of the place is the location. This home is in North Topsail Beach, away from the relative bustle of town where you will find quiet streets and more secluded stretches of beach. You can easily choose between a short drive into Sneads Ferry or Surf City for delicious dining or a day of shopping. It is a quiet and beautiful escape from your hectic daily lives. The beach in front of the house is never crowded, although there is a public area with bath houses and concessions about a mile down so if you are in the mood to be around people you are just a short walk away.
