Beach view and access were fantastic. We could watch sunrise from the master bedroom without getting out of bed, but seeing it from the beach was equally majestic. Amy the owner was extremely helpful and very responsive; we couldn’t get the EV charger to work but she came up with solutions for us that worked.The kitchen & living room areas are very comfortable and open and we spent lots of time there when we weren’t on the beach. The dining room is plenty large and the kitchen area with bar stools around the counter was perfect for cooking and family time.The owner also put up a Christmas tree which was very festive!

LOCATION! Best spot Beach Lovers!

Our family loved our week at God’s Grace! Being able to walk straight out onto the beach is awesome, and the stretch of beach was quiet! We had plenty of room to set up for our family of 7. The setup inside worked great for us as well. The “alcove” advertised is on the bottom level right when you walk in. It was considerably warmer than the top two levels of the house, so be aware of that if you use it. We had a blast eating together, playing cards, and the boys all played video games together. It was the best week of relaxing and laughing.

Convenient and nice view.

Overall, the stay was great. The heat was not working when we arrived and the property manager responded right away (breaker tripped from a storm so no major repair.) Managers were extremely pleasant and helpful. Location is relatively far from restaurants and shopping which was great for quiet but a stretch for convenience. Overall grear tripthough

Awesome views

We stayed here over Thanksgiving. The house has amazing views, beautiful beach, great decks, and comfortable master bed. We will definitely return.

Labor Day getaway

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The view is amazing and the ease of walking just steps to the beach makes the whole experience so easy. There’s a hose to wash off the sand and equipment before putting it on the porch. We talked to our neighbors who have been coming down for several years and stayed in this property before and had nothing but great things to say about Amy. It was just a quick 10 min drive to town to get ice cream, dinner etc. the beach was not crowded at all which was wonderful. I didn’t have to wake up at 6am to run out to put my chairs out to get a prime spot. There was plenty of space right in front of our house!!! I have already booked our trip for next year!!

Great view and access to beach

It was in a nice area. Loved the view from the family room and the quick access to the beach. Tropical Storm Debby put a bit of a damper on the week, but we were still were able to get in beach time especially at the beginning of the week. Towards the end of the week, we dealt with moderate wind and heavy rains off and on. Thankful that the storm was not as bad as it could have been. Overall the home was comfortable. Host communication and property cleanliness did not meet expectations based on the reviews we read prior to booking.

Great Location feels like a private beach

Enjoyed our weekend getaway!

We enjoyed staying at God's Grace. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with lots of items though we chose not to cook too much. The views were wonderful from both porches. Sofa and king bed were comfy. Amy was a joy to work with!

Wonderful beach getaway!

We were looking to celebrate my husband's birthday with our children and this place delivered. The property was within steps of the beach, clean and well-appointed. Would highly recommend!

Great House! Great Location! Awesome Owners!

My family and I spent an extended weekend from 10/6 to 10/9. The house is in a great spot with direct access to the beach. Everything we needed was in the house and more. The owner was in contact with me from the first moment of reserving the house till the day I left. I happen to meet the neighbors who were also amazing people. We had a great time. I would definitely rent this house again in the future. Thank you for everything.

Perfect Location

God’s Grace was a perfect location for a family beach stay. We loved the private access to the beach, the primary suite’s lulling sounds of the ocean at night, and ease to fit our family of 7 with our small dog. Amy was a pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful. Our only complaint was the kitchen, it wasn’t very clean and Amy immediately offered to have the cleaning crew come again.

Overall a very nice stay

Very clean and fully stocked. The location on the beach was spot on for us. We like a relaxed and quiet area and this hit the spot. To get to more commercial areas, it was only a 6 or so mile trip to Surf City so very convenient. It was also just a short 4-5 mile trip across the North bridge to Sneads Ferry. The house was very clean inside. The outside was your typical beach house with a few years under its belt (the salt is very hard on everything) so it’s going to need some attention soon. We had a full house with 8 people and it was a little cramped but not horrible. Communication with the owner could not be better and we had no issues with anything not working or being broken. If I were to be critical of anything it would be not having an outside water hose to wash things off. They had a hand held shower head but a garden hose would be a nice addition. The outside deck and walkway to the beach is going to need some attention soon as well. Again, the salt is hard on everything! This wasn’t the nicest beach house that I’ve ever stayed in but it was far from the worst as well. I would say it’s a solid 4 star beach house with a 5 star location.
