Situated at 1078 New River Inlet Road, Sun Always Rises is your personal piece of paradise in North Topsail Beach, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with direct access to the beach!

The upper level boasts an expansive open-plan kitchen complete with a breakfast bar accommodating three, a living area equipped with a TV and cable, a dining space for eight, and a queen bedroom featuring a TV, cable, ceiling fan, and a dual-access bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the landing area, allowing for a total accommodation of 12 guests.

On the lower level, discover a queen bedroom that opens onto the front deck with beautiful sound views, along with a dual-access bathroom containing a tub and shower. This leads to another queen bedroom, which also has deck access and ocean views—both equipped with TVs, cable, and ceiling fans. Additionally, there’s a cozy sitting room featuring a twin daybed and twin trundle, with connections to the oceanfront queen bedroom, hallway, and oceanfront deck—ideal for children!

On the same level, the master suite includes a queen bed and its own private bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and a spacious tub. You'll have access to decks on either side of the house, where you can savor beach and sound vistas or even enjoy a book in your own sitting area.
