Parking:
There is a shared driveway, and guests are asked to keep to the right between the rows of bushes as they enter. Once past the row of bushes, the gravel area widens near the house, and guests may park wherever they would like within this gravel area. It can accommodate approximately 6 or more cars.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at the property with prior disclosure and payment of the applicable pet fee. A maximum of two dogs is allowed per stay. A third dog may be considered only with prior approval, so guests must contact us in advance for authorization. There is no size limit, provided all dogs are well house-trained, non-destructive, and kept off furniture at all times. For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas, and owners are required to clean up after their pets.

Grill & Heat Source Safety
All grills and other heat-producing equipment must remain on the gravel driveway, at least 25 feet from the house. They must never be moved to or used on the wooden decks, inside the house, or near the home due to the risk of fire.

Bedroom
Bedroom 2 is an open, pass-through space that is connected directly to the primary bedroom and does not have a private entrance.

Beach Walkway Notice
Please use the marked rope walkway when accessing the beach. Walking on the dunes outside of the designated areas is strictly prohibited and may result in a $500 fine.

Check-In Time
Check-in is available until 11:00 PM. The door code provided on the day of arrival will work for late arrivals, so you may check in at any time before 11:00 PM using your access code.

Public Boat Access
A public boat ramp is located approximately one mile from the home, just under the bridge. Parking for a boat or trailer is available at the house. Please ensure it is parked only in designated areas and does not block the driveway or neighboring properties.



Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
