Lake House w/pool 10min to beach Dog friendly

The space
Inside: Our fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to whip up dinner during your stay. We have a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker with a complimentary coffee station, and dishwasher. Enjoy dinner at our dining table inside, the furnished screened-in porch, or at a picnic table outside. By the kitchen is our living room with a fireplace and two couches to watch tv on our firestick making movie nights easy. Near the living room and kitchen is bedroom #1, the master bedroom, with a comfortable queen bed, two dressers with one TV, and two nightstands. Attached is a private master bath that has a walk-in shower with a bench and a double vanity sink, one closet, and a toilet. Down the hall past the living room is the family room which shows off our second fireplace and TV area with 2 couches for lounging, one of which converts into a comfy sofa bed. There is also a work desk provided in this room and high-speed wifi. Off to the side of this area is bedroom #2 that has two twin beds, a nightstand, a dresser, and a closet. Down the hall is bedroom #3, another queen bed with a nightstand and closet. Between bedrooms, #2 and #3 is the second bathroom with a tub/shower, sink, and toilet. We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer near the kitchen for guests to use for free. For the nightly rate, we will accommodate up to 6 guests, after that there will be a $50 fee per guest for the entire stay. After 6 guests the sleeping accommodations will consist of a sofa bed (fits 2) and an air mattress (fits 2). Max 10 guests Please no overnight guest who are not included in the reservation unless approved by the host

Outside: Our property is on a private lake that is only shared with 5 other homeowners. We have a lakeside patio with chairs to enjoy the lake. We also have a furnished screened-in porch with a ceiling fan to keep cool! An outdoor grill is provided alongside a portable fire pit and picnic table, perfect for dining outside and smores. By the lake, you can enjoy a game of badminton with your group and cool off in our private pool after .We also have an outdoor shower to easily rinse off before entering the pool and house after the beach.
Guest access
You will have this entire property to yourself to enjoy. Our property is in a private neighborhood and an easy 10-minute drive from public beach access and minutes away from a grocery store, popular restaurants, and fun activities (see guidebook for further info). We have plenty of parking to accommodate multiple cars, trailers, and boats. We may be able to accommodate late check-out or early check-in, please contact the host.
Other things to note
We have two security cameras, one by the front door and one near the parking area. We will accommodate well-behaved dogs who are treated fleas and ticks, two dogs max. The pet fee will be charged separately the evening before your stay begins and is $100/ 1 dog Please let the host know if you will be bringing a pet, failure to do so will result in a fine. We accommodate 6 guests and allow up to 8. Any extra guest after 6 will be a $50 per guest. Please do not have people over who are not guests included in the reservation unless you contact the host for permission. We also ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and follow quiet time hours from 10 pm-8 am.
