Fully Renovated Oceanfront - Private Beach Access - Sleeps 8 - Dog Friendly

Fully renovated and thoughtfully designed oceanfront home in North Topsail Beach, Steps To The Sea is offered by seasoned 5-star vacation rental owners/hosts. This 4 BR/3 BA home sleeps a max. of eight people. It has a private walkway leading directly to the sand. We provide everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation. Linens, towels (beach towels too), trash bags, starter paper products, beach chairs, a cooler, a sun canopy, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we have floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinets for your food storage, as well as a pantry closet for heavy items (cases of soda, water, etc.).

The home is two stories. The first level has an oceanfront king bedroom with ensuite bath (shower), an oceanfront queen bedroom and a bunk room that share a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The washer/dryer is located on this level. The second level features the living area, open kitchen with huge dining island with seating for 8, a 65" TV, a full bath with shower, and an oceanfront king bedroom. All three oceanfront bedrooms have ocean views and sliders to the decks. The king and queen beds feature premium mattresses by Serta iComfort. The bunk beds feature memory foam mattresses.

We have been hosting happy vacationers since 2012 in Tennessee and Florida, 2023 was our first year hosting on Topsail Island. We are in a fantastic location, a bit north of Surf City, but south of the N. Topsail bridge leading to Sneads Ferry. Our beach is not public, so it's rarely crowded. We enjoy ample sand at both low and high tides. We have a shower on the walkover to rinse off, and a fully enclosed outdoor shower on the ground level. If you're familiar with the area, for reference, we are just a few minutes' walk from Andrew's Produce!

This home is dog friendly (with prior approval), for one dog under 50 pounds. Due to insurance restrictions, we can accept adult dogs only (over one year), and your dog must be housebroken and crate trained, and we require crating when your dog is left alone. We have a large crate for your convenience. We also offer an enclosed fenced area at the back of the home with dog turf. Feel free to message us for full details about our dog policy.

We are committed to providing our guests with all the comforts of home, and we feel confident that you'll be blown away by all of the extras and special touches we provide. We have been hosting since 2012, and have rentals in the Smoky Mountains, and in SW Florida in a quaint small town called Manasota Key (Englewood, FL). We also just completed the renovation of a small sound side home just a few doors up from Steps To The Sea. It's called Steps To The Sound, is 2 BR/2BA, sleeps a max. of four, and has a brand new private dock over the sound. It's just across the street from the beach access.
