The house location was great. The house could have used more outdoor furniture to enjoy all the decks of the house.Biggest concern is that when I got the text if the house was clean, I did a respond with a five because the house was clean. The problem was it felt very damp and it smelled like mildew musty in the home. With three asthmatics and mold and mildew being one of the triggers we immediately turned off the air and open all the windows and air out the house. We had to leave the house open when we were at the house, but when we were away, we will close it back up and lock it and put the air back on. immediately when we returned we would have to turn off the air and open the windows. I was told that someone would be at the property before I left and no one ever showed up. I’ve sent several responses via phone calls and inbox messages to Vasca. Was told I would get a call from a manger and never did mind you I checked out on September 2nd. I received a call from a manager on September 15th at 10:40pm EST and I told them it is truly unprofessional to call someone that late and I was a told it a 24 hour operation. I took the call since I haven’t heard from any manager at all besides this one and she couldn’t help me. She put the request in to have a partial refund to be sent to me. She said there was no evidence and I said your right. You need to clean your duct work and filter replacement that will be it.. never stay under any vasca managed home. Homeowners be involved
