"This is our second stay at this location. We love the waterfront location and especially the kayaks! Safe quiet place. Worked great for us as only 10 mins or less to Albertville's Sand Mountain baseball complex which was the purpose of our stay in the area."

"We had a wonderful vacation on the lake. It was ideal for our group in the clean pool time. We had fun fishing and jet skiing during the day, and catching fireflies on the lawn at night. Whenever we had a question or issue, Sam was quick to respond and repair. "

"I was in town visiting my Sister and family. This place is very clean. All the essentials are provided including coffee pods, cream and sugar. The A/C is cold and the bed is very comfortable. I sat outside every evening watching the fireflies and sunset. "

"Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house was adorable, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive, even late one evening when I had a question. The town of Guntersville was really beautiful and we had some great meals at local restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful A -Frame! "

"We were in town for a family birthday celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very comfortable and in an easy location to reach all Guntersville has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Unlike many rentals, this property does not have the usual incidentals so bring your own soap or shower gel, laundry supplies, and first morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. "

"Exactly what we needed for the gurls family getaway. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. There were 8 beds and multiple couches that could have served as a sleeping spot. This is a BIG place that just kept gping on. The pool was wonderful as was the hot tub. Pool was heated which was nice as it was a bit chillier than we had hoped outside, but we really wanted pool time. We had a great stay. "
