"Nice modern hotel. Allocated a disabled room for some reason with low clothes rail and seat in the shower. It was all ok but nothing amazing. Bed adequate but mattress a little on the thin and could feel the springs. Was disappointed no parking space but was my fault I didn’t study the booking moor so had to park a 5 min walk down the road. A bit frustrating going to collect the car in the morning with bags etc. Breakfast reasonably good. A bit of everything but not masses of choice - however...

"It’s not like staying at a Premier Inn or Travelodge but does the job. Could do with some updating and don’t expect an early breakfast as it starts at 9am. You get what you pay for to be honest and the bed was comfy, loo, shower there so just what you need essentially. Wi-Fi just didn’t work in my room which I’m guessing was because I was at the top so a boaster would help. Replenishing of tea and coffee, biscuits etc in the room would be great. "Lovely room with everything you need. Pub was great for dinner and the breakfast was excellent (Great choice of cooked options and good selection of cereals, juices, yoghurts, croissants etc). All the staff I came into contact with were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Will be staying again next time I am down in the area."

"Friendly staff. Comfy beds. We had twin room only downside only had bath with handheld shower. There wasn't a curtain so had to sit in bath put shower over you which was difficult trying not to get water everywhere. Breakfast really good. I would stay here again."

"The staff were all wonderful and helpful . It was 36c+ . The building is an old historic property with newly refurbished bedrooms . A fan was in the room to help with the heat . Small but comfortable with a lovely bathroom. My room faced the front and with the heat I needed my window open . The property is by the traffic lights so if you are traffic averse , ask for a rear room . Breakfast is continental but you can pay extra for a cooked breakfast, but not on Sundays . "What a fantastic stay at the The Little Silver Country Hotel, beautiful garden and quaint rooms, we had the double (four poster) with the Juliet balcony (Rm 14), perfect on the hottest weekend of the year, the staff were fantastic and couldn’t do more for us to have the most comfortable stay, fabulous breakfast, and even help us out and went to the trouble and arranged a seamless return taxis to Chapel Down, we will be back!"
