"Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained however the stars of the show are definitely the staff, every single one is friendly and can’t do enough for you. Ladies at check in = wonderful, waitress/waiter in the restaurant =excellent, chef on the evening = fabulous, staff at breakfast = great, and chef at breakfast = awesome. Rooms very clean so clearly the house keeping staff are also brilliant. Very well managed, congratulations to everyone on a fabulous hotel."

"Acho que o Hotel não justifica as 4 estrelas, é mais um 3 estrelas. Na 1ª noite o quarto de banho exalava um cheiro muito intenso e incomodativo que não se podia respirar (desinfectante, canos ...?). Mudámos de quarto e a situação ficou normalizada. Nem um pedido de desculpas tivemos."

"Lovely clean apartment that looks really impressive and modern. Unfortunately the temperature was set to 25 degrees and we were unable to change this, whilst trying to get ready for a formal event. It was rather uncomfortable putting a suit on in 25 degree heat!!!"
