"THE best hotel I’ve stayed in for some time! It felt like I was in a cozy European hotel. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful. The decor and vibe are inviting and visually appealing, especially in the lobby as you enter and in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and overall the property was super clean. Anywhere you look the wallpaper was peeling, towels were filthy, and the topper, there was a massive blood stain on the floor of my room. These people are dirty and do not care about cleanliness whatsoever. Take a wild guess"

"I spent 7 days at this hotel, conveniently located near Highway 400. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying, but the dining area felt cramped. Unfortunately, room service and cleaning were provided only once during my stay, which was disappointing. The room itself was lacking a bedside lamp, and several bulbs were out. Overall, while the location and breakfast were decent, the lack of consistent room cleaning was a significant downside."
