"This gem is tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The host is a great communicator and we felt like we were living our best life! Swimming in the private pool at sunset, every amenity and then some at our disposal and restful sleep. We enjoyed great proximity to museums, Austin and the cute town of Smithville. The mule rentals at first seemed little expensive but over the 2 nights we stayed the kids had a blast riding around the property on them and seeing all the different types of animals, so definitely worth it. Wouldn’t even been the same without them. Plenty of accessories to use inside the house, very good sized rooms and comfortable beds. "The place was very dirty. There’s a hole in the ground that you can see the outside ground through. There was a moldy funk under the shower mat. I found a French fry on the ground. The owner gave us a full refund after several calls to Vrbo and lots of wasted time. I’ll not be staying at any Vrbo property again."
