Cottage Retreat at Center Hill Lake, Four Seasons, Smithville, TN

Beautiful and NEW cottage located at the Cottages at Getaway Cove in beautiful Smithville, TN and near Center Hill Lake. Sitting on a sprawling 13 acres of land full of wildlife. There is plenty of room for boat trailer parking if you need it. The cottage is less than 1/2 mile to Four Seasons marina and boat dock, which is located in the subdivision. The cottage is a perfect getaway for families and kids love the bunk room. The home is perfect to rent alone, but we have another cottage next door that family and friends can rent as well. There is a grilling pavilion for fun cookouts and get togethers thatā€™s covered with gas grill. The pavilion is shared with one cottage located next door. There is a three night minimum booking for Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day and Wake Fest.

We loved our stay at the cottage. It is in a beautiful and serene location. It was about 12 minutes to the wedding venue, and 20 minutes to town. We didn't come for the lake, but it was close to that, too. Our hostess was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back.

We enjoyed celebrating my daughterā€™s sweet 16 at the cottage. The cottage was well appointed & as expected per the pictures. We loved our day on Center Hill Lake tubing & sliding. It was a great stay!

My family and I stayed here during the new year holiday and had an outstanding time! The owner was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating to us. The house was very clean, quiet and setup with everything we needed. Definitely hope to come back in the summer because the nearby lake/river areas looked amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We have family in town that we visit every year. We have young children & needed our own space this visit. Thereā€™s usually not a lot of options for places to stay. We were really pleased to find something especially for a Thanksgiving booking. This place accommodated all of our needs. Nicole was super prompt to respond to us & check on was a breeze. Thanks for a great stay!

We came in for a wedding. The cabin served us perfectly! Itā€™s a quiet location, very peaceful. My husband and I were able to sleep downstairs and the loft was perfect for 2 teenage cousins to crash. The kitchen is a perfect size for anyone that wants to cook. The owner was great at communication and easy to contact if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend it and the cabin next to it for families needing to stay in the area.

We enjoyed our Labor Day weekend Stay, house is perfect for a lake weekend for small family. Fairly close to Marina to drop in a boat. Quite and very peaceful. We'll be back.

We rented the cottage for a long weekend to getaway to a wedding and visit with friends. We had a lovely stay and the immaculate property and have a new found love for country-living. The road to get to the property is curvy and we had to take it slowly since we arrived late the first night, but you won't be sorry staying in this gem.

We traveled from NW Indiana to visit family in TN and booked this little gem for the weekend. It was super clean, brand new and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and hospitable. We traveled with small children who also loved staying in the cottage. We will definitely stay again next time we travel down!
