The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I wish there were an extra blanket. The room is very basic. The door locked but the extra latch was broken. There was a small refrigerator and microwave. The property was listed as including breakfast. There was sign in the window of the office that said it as well. There was no breakfast. No coffee. The Veniding machine was broken. There is no restaurant on the prperty. No other amenities but free parking.

The hotel and surrounding area were slightly better than average. However, they need to install something in the shower which will prevent guests from slipping; I slipped and hurt myself slightly during my visit. 🙁

Really for what we paid for the room it is a lot for the terrible deteriorated situation of the facilities and the room... scratched paint, 2 towels for a family of 4, bad. Really everything bad.

Only go here if you are getting high or hetting a prostitute. Place is absolutely gross. Nothing like the picture. Sheets and pillow cases were Filthy. Stains everywhere. Bathroom was even worse. Walk in. And walked right out.

Nightmare lesson learned hat cheap motel is cheap
The manager was obnoxious rude unfriendly and I felt he tried to intimate me wanting me to stay 2 nights when I had reserved one night per a prior phone call, it was only when my son came in that he backed down I have never heard of a no visitor policy had family on limited time trying to coordinate a visit and was told I was being watched then given an ultimatum as to the length of the visit then I was threatened with an additional 50 dollar fee if they weren’t gone in 5 minutes we were together for A little over an hour we were treated disrespectfully and were harassed by continual knocks on the door in the end I left never even spent the night in the dumpiest room I’ve ever visited with a torn bed ruffle a non functioning tv remote tears / holes - I did check for bed bugs -in the mattress lining mold in the bathroom a smelly carpet the room smelled musty a used bar of soap in the bathroom a leaking refrigerator the list goes on. I now have 137 dollar bill on a credit card for a motel that I spent not even 2 hours in the entire time harassed and I was gone during dinner time and was threatened that because I left I was told I would be charged a 50 dollar additional fee. If I am billed the 50 dollars I will be consulting my lawyer but I should be charged nothing for the emotional toll this took on me during a time that I should have been celebrating in town only for a wedding

This property is a genuine dump. Dirty, smelly rooms. Bug and insect infested. I went into 2 different rooms and both were completely unsanitary, smelled, had bungee cord to keep curtains closed, broken lights and fixtures, TV was crooked. I literally could not stay. Was being bitten buy either fleas or bedbugs. cockroaches running around and down the walls. Place should be condemned. I want my money back. I can't believe this even comes up as an option on your site. I have used Expedia many times and came to trust it. No more.... The young woman at the front desk was nice.

Overpriced for the quality
Our stay was pleasant but our room did not get cleaned, nor garbages removed, and our beds were not made even though we stayed 3 nights. There are no amenities here and there should be for the price. Staff was courteous. Furniture in room was broken. This property is in need of a renovation.

Bring a respirator mask.
You need a respirator mask to be in the smoke laden non-smoking room. Very bad. Registration clerk unable to give directions when I had driven past the place. Physically, the place has seen better days.

Room was disgusting. Coffee machine and refrigerator were broken. Fire alarms had fallen off the wall and were on the floor. Had to sleep on top of the covers for fear of someone below. Very disappointed. Only stayed here because everwhere else was booked.

There was other people’s hair present in our room wasn’t cleaned properly The breakfast area in the lobby still has Covid signs well Covid is over in my opinion too cheap to have free coffee n breakfast also I asked if the room deposit would go back on my card immediately I was told it would well that was a lie also 3-5 business days A good cheap hotel with friendly service if you just need a bed n a shower n don’t mind someone else’s DNA in your room

Just ok place
Check in rude and crude ! Wanted 75$ to go in room a few hours early, Rate was 6$ more than quoted ! 3 lite bulbs out . No tissue! NO in room security latch ( was completely broke out ! ) rate 142$ not worth 1/2 that ! The room was CLEAN and just ok for one night stay . People managing need a few lessons ! ( we are not fussy people !

I had two rooms reserved and they gave us the rooms in the smoking area without previous written notice! If I knew that when I got the confirmation for the rooms I would have canceled! DIRTY and SMELLY ROOMS that were not cleaned before we got them, one of them had stuff in refrigerator ! I asked to speak with a manager and I was told it was not possible! The $220 dollars I paid per room per night were a total waste of money ! DON’T GO THERE if you appreciate nice clean room!

NOT worthy of a 3-Diamond AAA rating! Should not have been awarded a "Quality Assurance" rating. Exposed wall outlets are not safe. Several lights/lamps in the room either did not have bulbs, or did not work. Curtain did not hang properly and therefore did not completely close.
