Wake up to the sound of birds singing, enjoy the tranquil bush setting and explore Smiths Lake and its surrounds from the comfort of Smiths Treehouse.

Smiths Treehouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 4 beds for up to 6 people and off-street parking for 3 cars.

The master bedroom occupies the whole upstairs loft, with its gorgeous A-frame, exposed beam ceiling. It has a king bed with skylight above to enjoy the stars at night and sunshine in the morning (when you open the blind), along with walk-in-robe, ensuite, study nook and balcony, from which you can view the gorgeous bush setting at the back of the property.

The second and third bedrooms comprise of a queen and 2 single beds, with views of the picturesque bush surrounds at the front of the property.

The main bathroom, lounge, dining and kitchen are on the same level as the second and third bedrooms, with a large wrap-around balcony and views to enjoy at every turn.

Light the fireplace in winter to soak in the ambiance and warmth, or sit around the backyard table to enjoy this secluded escape.

Everything is yours to use during your stay except the garage and downstairs storage areas.

There is some bird seed and unsalted/unflavoured nuts in the kitchen. You can sprinkle seeds on the wooden table in the side yard for the rainbow lorikeets and finches, and place a few nuts on the handrail on the deck for king parrots to eat. Please be mindful that the nuts should be eaten sparingly by the parrots, as we want our friends to visit, but not rely on us!

Garbage and recycling bins are located in the left cupboard under the sink. You will also find essential cleaning products in the same cupboard.

Broom and mop head attachments are stored in the shelving to the left of the kitchen bar stools, if required during your stay, with the pole located in the dining room corner.

Please ensure rubbish is put in large garbage bins upon departure. These are located on the front kerb at the bottom of the driveway.

Council waste collection is every Tuesday for the red lidded garbage bin and every second Tuesday for green and yellow lidded bins (green waste and recycling). Further information can be found on MidCoast Council's website.
