The space
Welcome to The Grove at Middlebrook, a cozy and beautifully designed 1,400 sq ft modern home located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the warmth and comfort this space was created to offer. The front entry features two wooden rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and taking in the fresh Kentucky air.

Inside, the open layout provides a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The heart of the home is the well-stocked kitchen, fully prepared with cookware, utensils, bakeware, and both a Keurig with K-Cups and a drip coffee maker, so everyone can start their morning the way they like it. The kitchen flows naturally into the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook, gather, and unwind together.

Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable queen-sized bed with soft bedding, creating a restful place to settle in for the night. The master bedroom offers extra space and includes a dedicated workspace for remote work or quiet reading. Connected to the master is a private bath area with double sinks, a large walk-in closet, and a separate room with the toilet, bathtub, and shower, along with fresh towels and essential toiletries. A second full bathroom provides added convenience for families or larger groups.

Step outside to enjoy the home’s relaxing outdoor spaces. The back deck offers comfortable seating along with a charcoal grill and fire starter for easy outdoor meals. Our fire pit provides a cozy place to gather in the evenings, and we’ve included roasting sticks and a couple of extra camp chairs, which are stored in the garage for you to use.

Inside, you’ll also find board games, blankets, fast WiFi, a two-car garage, and a washer and dryer to make longer stays comfortable and simple.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home. You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer, two-car garage, and outdoor supplies during your stay. The back deck, charcoal grill, and fire pit are available for your enjoyment, along with the roasting sticks and extra camp chairs that are stored in the garage. Entry is simple and convenient with our keypad self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at any time after check-in begins.
