"Great location right in town, and a very clean and well appointed apartment. Walking distance to everything and a perfect landing spot for us for Floyd Fest. The only note is that I would say the walls are a little thin in this charming, older building, so you can hear your neighbors a bit, but it was not a problem. Just manage yourself accordingly and be respectful of the neighbors. Will absolutely look forward to staying here again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully furnished. We had everything we needed! It is in a great location and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Highly recommended !(Just an FYI - parking is across the street and we did not see an elevator. Maybe we missed it? This was no problem for us, but might be an issue for those with mobility issues.)"

"Dylan was great at communicating with me leading up to my stay. Cabin just down the road from Meadows of Dan . Have great coffee shop and places to eat. Just down the road from Mabry Mill . Close to the parkway. A definite place to put on a re-do next time in the area. Loved the ambiance . Cozy and loved the porch!."

"A wonderful, pet friendly property just a few minutes from the town center of Floyd. New construction, furniture and appliances. The complimentary coffee (K-cups), half and half and laundry detergent were much appreciated! And the property manager Pat was great to work with when I needed to change properties to bring a foster dog my wife brought home from APS two weeks before the trip! Highly recommend if you’re traveling to Floyd!"

"Pat was a great host for this property. She was excellent to communicate with throughout the stay. Property was in great condition, extremely clean and pet friendly and didn't smell of pet odors. The views from this property are amazing with multiple decks for enjoyment. Close to both nearby wineries, the mill, and less than 30 minutes to Floyd by the BRP."

"We had to contact vrbo because we were having a hard time accessing the location. It wasn't very clear as to which of the lockboxes we were to use. Overall, the facilities were very good. Although we could have used soap in the shower and the couch was not very comfortable, overall was very good. We appreciated the stay."

"The cute tiny house has everything we needed and provided a relaxing getaway atmosphere. Star gazing and watching the wildlife were highlights. The close proximity to Floyd makes it convenient to go into town. Highly recommend checking out Five-Mile Mountain Distillery for incredible moonshine cocktails. Cheers and relax!"
